Questions about paying

The usual ones.

How do I pay?

Two ways, and you pick at checkout. Cash on delivery — pay the courier when the parcel reaches you. Or bank transfer — move the total to the account shown, send us the receipt on the site or on WhatsApp, and we post it as soon as it clears.

Is it a subscription?

No. One payment, one printed book, yours permanently. There is nothing to cancel.

Is there a cheaper digital version?

There is no digital version at any price. ExamYard sells printed books only. Chapter 1 of each book is free to read on the site.

Do the prices change between exam sessions?

If a book is revised for a new syllabus the price may change, but what you have already bought is yours. We do not charge for corrections.

Can I get a refund?

Chapter 1 is free precisely so you can judge the book before paying. A printed book that has been opened and written in cannot be resold, so please read it first. If something is wrong with the book itself, we replace it.

Do you deliver outside Pakistan?

Not at the flat rate. Write to us with your country and we will quote the courier cost.
