These terms apply to every order placed with ExamYard and to every use of examyard.com, the ExamYard Teacher's Portal and any ExamYard online service. By placing an order or using the site you accept them.

1. Who we are

ExamYard publishes printed study books for Cambridge IGCSE, O Level and A Level examinations and runs the online services linked from this website. Our contact details are at the end of this page.

2. Products and prices

• Every book is described on its own page with its price in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• Prices include the book only; delivery is charged separately as shown on the Delivery page.
• We may change prices or withdraw a title at any time, but the price confirmed when your order is accepted is the price you pay.

3. Orders

An order is accepted when we confirm it to you by WhatsApp, email or an invoice. We may decline an order — for example if a title is out of stock or the details are incomplete — and if we do, any money already paid is refunded in full.

4. Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer, or online by debit/credit card, bank account or mobile wallet (JazzCash, Easypaisa) through our licensed payment partner. Online card payments are processed by the payment partner; ExamYard never sees or stores your card number.

5. Delivery

We deliver anywhere in Pakistan by courier. Charges, timings and overseas orders are explained on the Delivery page.

7. Online services

• Accounts on the Teacher's Portal and other ExamYard online services are personal and may not be shared.
• Content shown online may not be copied, downloaded, screenshotted, resold or passed on, except as the service allows (for example, printing a test for your own class).
• We may limit, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. The Teacher's Portal has its own terms, shown in the portal.

8. Copyright

The books, their text, layout, answers, reasoning and design are © ExamYard. Past-paper questions and mark schemes are © UCLES / Cambridge University Press & Assessment and are reproduced for study. No part of an ExamYard book may be copied, scanned or shared without written permission.

9. Liability

We take care to make our books accurate, but they are study aids and we cannot guarantee any examination result. Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have jurisdiction.
