1. What we collect

• When you order: your name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, delivery address and city, and what you ordered.
• When you pay online: the payment partner processes your card, bank or wallet details. We receive only the payment result and a reference — never your full card number.
• Teacher's Portal and online accounts: your name, school, phone, email and how you use the service (sign-ins, devices, pages read, tests made), which we record to run and protect the service.
• Visiting the website: basic technical information such as pages viewed, device type and approximate location, used to improve the site.

2. How we use it

• To confirm, deliver and invoice your order and to contact you about it.
• To run your account and protect our content from misuse.
• To tell you about new books, only if you have asked us to — you can stop at any time.

3. Who we share it with

Only with those who help us serve you: the courier (name, address, phone), our payment partner (to process a payment), and the providers that host our website and records. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

4. How long we keep it

Order and invoice records are kept as long as the law requires for accounts. Account information is kept while your account is open and deleted on request when it is no longer needed.

5. Keeping it safe

Our sites use HTTPS encryption, accounts are protected by passwords, and access to records is limited to the ExamYard team.

6. Cookies

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your basket. We do not use them to sell advertising.
